Participating in a clinical trial can involve frequent appointments, complex care needs, transportation challenges, and added responsibilities for patients and caregivers. Sitas Home Health works with your physician and research team to provide selected clinical trial-related services in your home when appropriate.
Your First Visit
The admission visit is the first step in the Sitas care process. During this visit, your nurse may assess your clinical and functional status, home environment, daily living needs, caregiver and support needs, and any assessments or procedures required by the research protocol.
Following the visit, Sitas develops an individualized plan of care aligned with your physician’s orders, applicable study requirements, and your needs.
